The first hybrid digital bank is presenting its new application today. Starting this October, Capitual's customers will have their own bank account to use banking services without leaving the platform, improving the experience of users who use fiat and crypto on a daily basis. For now, banking services is only avaiable at some countries due to specific regulation.

Advantages and Improvements

The creation of the app came from users' feedback, Capitual listened to what they liked the most, what they didn't like and what they wanted the most, and then rebuilt all the flows and screens from scratch to suit the needs of the customers.

The gamechanger of the latest update is CapConta, which brings individual bank accounts and LFT Guarantee for any amount of assets in Brazilian reais. Allowing clients to perform banking services and transactions with cryptocurrencies directly in the new app. Also, there is no opening fee or monthly fees, CapConta is free and for everyone!

CapConta also allows for direct-deposit for paychecks, is compatible with wire transfers and instant internal transfers. For the convenience of customers, it is possible to withdraw cash (in reais or crypto) at the more than 23 thousand ATMs where Banco24Horas services are available.

In the new app, a new flow was created to facilitate the transfer of balances to partner exchanges, so customers can make deposits and withdrawals at these exchanges instantly, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Also, in response to a request from users, new assets such as Cardano, Doge, BNB, Polkadot and Solana will be added.

Onboarding Process

To have access to all the benefits and advantages of the new version, which offers banking services directly in the app, you will need to update your registration. This is an important step in enhancing security. Upon obtaining approval, a process to be carried out quickly and complying with legal requirements, the client will have access to the new system.

Thinking of those customers who frequently use the services and do not always have the documents in hand to carry out the registration update, Capitual chose to allow partial access to the new application. This will give users time to prepare and resolve their queries with support while continuing to use Capitual's services.

The app is now available on the Apple Store and Play Store for iOS and Android devices respectively. If you have any questions about the update, the Capitual team is available to help with the support of the site.
