Iran will suffer further sanctions after attacking US base

On Tuesday night, Iran fired ballistic missiles at bases used by US soldiers in Iraq. According to Iranian state television Press TV, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has claimed the missile attacks on the base in Anbar Province.

There was great expectation for the American response, which led the dollar to strengthen in the international market. Trump used social media earlier to say "everything was fine," but there was high expectation about his speech. Fortunately, the White House reacted to the attacks only by placing new sanctions against Iran without military action. During his address, President Donald Trump said the United States wants peace, which helped reduce market tension that the situation could worsen in the Middle East.
