According to Open Media, the Moscow Department of Information Technology is holding an auction to build an Ethereum-based system that seeks to bring more transparency to Muscovites. The platform should also be integrated with other blockchain experiments, such as Active Citizen, which allows residents to express their preferences on topics like street decoration, city events rating, or bike location points.

An official announcement suggests that there are plans for expansion in the future that will make it possible for residents to vote electronically for the city's legislative elections.
