United States announces tariffs on steel and aluminum from Brazil or Argentina
US President Donald Trump announced today in his Twitter account that he will restore tariffs on steel and aluminum from Brazil and Argentina.
According to Trump, Brazil and Argentina are devaluing their currencies, generating imbalances in the trade balance that has negatively affected US farmers.
Brazil and Argentina have been presiding over a massive devaluation of their currencies. which is not good for our farmers. Therefore, effective immediately, I will restore the Tariffs on all Steel & Aluminum that is shipped into the U.S. from those countries. The Federal....
